The entry Ryzen Z2/16 GB model deserves particular caution because most enthusiastic independent results come from the Z2 Extreme/32 GB version.
Buy the Legion Go 2 if you want a big OLED screen, detachable controllers, a built-in kickstand, and a premium Windows handheld that can double as a small tabletop or docked PC. Choose a different handheld if you want maximum portability, quieter operation, a simpler console interface, or the best performance per dollar. For most buyers, the Z2 Extreme/32 GB configuration is the one that best matches the device’s premium design; the lower configuration needs a significant discount to make the compromises worthwhile.
